"Very disappointed with the service. My partner went to collect an online order of a single bottle which was said to be ready at 7:35pm. When she arrived the first time she was rejected and advised it was not ready and to come back later, fair enough. On return at 7:45-7:50pm, the sales associate said it still wasn't ready and that she should leave immediately as they were closing, the store is scheduled to close at 8pm. My partner understood that there was an additional 10 minutes till close and was wanting to purchase an additional bottle, seperate to the order and would return another day to collect the online order. She was denied the opportunity and was told to come back another day. If the order was not ready for any reason the staff should have attempted to explain, rather than rudely push her out of store. Perhaps customer service training is in need at this branch."

"I have not shopped here before. It was late and I needed something and they were open. I was glad to get a parking out front. Usually enough space for 4 vehicles. The person who served me was friendly enough. The store has the typical BWS range and prices are reasonable. If I am in a rush and there is a parking open in front of the store, I will use the store again, but if you want a wider range I would suggest FirstChoice a little further down on the Promenade."
