"Wanted to shout my wife a colour and cut, something she has not done in many years, but was now looking for a regular treatment at a trusted salon. I recommend she head into the local salon at Robina to chat to someone about what might be the best treatment to suit her and to book it in. Georgia on the desk was unable to give her much advice and the other stylists were busy, so an appointment was booked for the following week to discuss and and to get a full head of foils. The appointment text was sent a few hours later for the wrong week and for a half head of foils. Being a little nervous about the whole thing my wife reluctantly called Georgia to rebook for the right day and week. We then receive a booking for the right date, but for the wrong treatment. Something lasting 5 hours??? We were forced to cancel as we lost complete trust and I’m disappointed that the whole experience has further put back my wife doing something nice for herself, losing confidence in the whole salon process."

"Been here twice now and Renee is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to. She’s super lovely, down to earth and really cares about what you want. I went in initially to get my hair done up for a wedding and I spoke about different hair colours I wanted to do in the future and she seemed excited to want to give it a go and help me create that look. Which she did and I’ve absolutely loved! Cannot recommend Renee enough :)"
