"We have used Petsafe static collars for years. Though only very occasionally now as after the first few months our doggies had been retrained with the use of these collars. My neighbour now has a doggies that likes to vocalize as well, but she prefers to utilize the Vibration collar. I am writing this review not only to acknowledge how terrifically well these collars work. But to also make mention that when I called Customer service, I was so pleased to chat with real person from their head office on the Gold Coast. She answered every question I had about the Vibration Collar and was just so helpful and friendly to deal with. Well done Petsafe, great to see your Customer service is as good as your products. And Thank you!"
"Spent an absolute fortune on 4 bark collars. Had one battery replaced under warranty that only lasted a few months. The other 3 have now bit the dust, and we find we cannot buy the batteries anymore. Rip-off!! all collars have been updated"
"Bought one of the top of the rage citronella collars (in the vicinity of $200) thinking you get what you pay for... First one failed to work properly from New. That was replaced with another of the same model, went to use recently for a foster, the replacement now no longer works. In my experience, certainly not reliable or worth the money. Spoke to customer service before leaving this review and explained the situation, no resolution was offered Happy to discuss further but at this stage I'll be replacing with a different brand. Again at this stage would not buy again and would not recommend. It's something that you need reliability and value for money and in my experience this product has failed both of these tests."
"Brought the static collar on advice from trainer and vet, it's been a great success to help curb unnecessary barking. My dog managed to damage the collar itself and the company was so easy to speak to to get it replaced. Thanks heaps guys, what wonderful service"
