We want to ensure your visit is as convenient as possible, which is why we provide ample parking facilities. As part of the new Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre expansion, finding a parking bay is easy. With 1,200 additional car bays and over 450 undercover bays, you can enjoy free parking for up to four hours.
Please note that if you are experiencing COVID symptoms, we kindly request that you do not attend St John Urgent Care. Instead, we encourage you to visit HealthyWA.com.au to find a testing clinic near you.
Additionally, starting from Saturday, 15 October 2022, out-of-pocket charges will apply to all Urgent Care consultations. We strive to provide high-quality healthcare services, and these charges help support the continued operation of our institution.
While we do our best to serve our community, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact our services. For instance, Midland Urgent Care will not be accepting patients today from 2pm (Saturday, 20 November 2021). In such cases, we recommend calling Triple Zero (000) or visiting your local emergency department for immediate assistance.
Rest assured, dental and GP appointments at St John Urgent Care Cockburn will not be affected and will remain as scheduled.

"Get a nurse practitioner to do any glueing on cuts etc for children. They are more precise. 1st time I came here for my cut above my child's eyebrow the male nurse practitioner did an amazing job. Second time I took my child here for a cut to be glued and now three days later sitting at FSH ED due to it being not being cleaned properly and leaking pus the local GP recommended going to the ED next time instead. Please don't waste your money."
"Reception staff really friendly but that's the end of the customer service. I had a suspected fractured toe and was handed a xray form and then told to walk around to xray. After being manhandled by the radiographer I was told to walk back to casualty. Another patient who was there asked for a wheelchair for me because he could see I was struggling to walk and was told 'I can't push it'. My husband was with me and would happily push the wheelchair but I was in too much pain too stand there and argue with her. Where was the care or the empathy. The pain was the most excruciating I have ever felt and was in tears by the time I reached a cubicle. Not once did any of the staff offer a wheelchair or even crunchers to help. Never again will I ever go there. I would rather sit in a public hospital waiting room for 5 hours than be treated like an inconvenience or a nuisance. Never again"
