"The worst florist and customer service I've ever experienced! My workplace kindly sent me a bouquet of flowers, on the extremely tragic death of my mother, which I was present at - traumatic. Unfortunately my workplace had no idea of any florist in the area. The day the lady who own's this place, delivered my flowers, savagely attacked me at my door, threw the poor excuse for flowers at me, screamed in my face, that she had wasted 30 minutes trying to find my address, yelled at me for my mother dying as it was a busy week and shouted profanities at my face. I was in shock, had absolutely no idea what was going on, who this stranger was, my neighbours had been confronted by the same angry and nasty owner who battered there door down- they were going to ring the police it was so very bad - Shocking person and business, the worst customer service I've ever experienced and to swear at your customers, who are deep in shock, and curse them because your business and you don't know your local area or can't follow a google map, is disgusting! Don't buy from here if you want a smile, actual customer service and no abuse!"
