"Shopped on 19/8/24. Apalling service by the girl Azonia that served us. Too busy doing her own thing and didnt even say hi. She did not say thank you either after we made a purchase. Just handed the the bag and thats it."

"Worst Pandora store I’ve ever been at. Saw a ladybug charm just came out so I wanted to treat myself that, went in the store , the girls so busying chatting, they looked at me and continuing their chat, can’t even say hi or anything. I end up getting out empty hand , won’t be back."

"Want to buy my sister a new necklace. Went in the store but 2 staffs so busy talking to each other. “Hello” is like the bare minimum but they cant even say that. They really need to work on their customer service."

"I am a regular customer of Pandora in Booragoon and was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received yesterday(Sat 15th Jan). I was passing the store and saw a necklace with heart pendant in the window that caught my eye. Now I didn't need a new necklace as I have too many to count, but after the salesperson showed it to me I decided to buy it. She told me it was $189 and I said it is advertised clearly in the window for $164. She said well a mistake has being made by someone and it's priced incorrectly. I said surely you will honour the advertised price of $164, and she said No the Price is $189. I told her I am a Retail Manager and you normally have to honour the price as advertised, even if an error has being made. She then said You will either pay the $189 or I won't sell the necklace to you. The Salesperson was the older Asian lady. There was 3 other staff members on and I asked to speak to the Manager. She told me the Manager wasn't back in until Tuesday and she wouldn't give me the necklace either for $164. We were only talking about a difference of $24 here, but I wasn't prepared to pay more for an item than it was advertised at. The Salesperson was very Arrogant and seemed to get off on the fact that she Humiliated me by making me leave the store without the necklace. The only thing she achieved by her hostile treatment of me, Is I Won't Ever Shop at Pandora in Booragoon again. And the fact I was a regular customer is laughable that she would think it was ok to treat me like that. When I left the store I went straight to Swarvoski and bought a lovely necklace and had a great shopping experience."
