"First time visiting and while waiting for the order my 2 year old son was looking at the numbers on the window, not blocking the entry by any stretch of the imagination. A senior staff member shouted at him to get out of the doorway. Coming from Melbourne I can tolerate a certain level of snobbery if the coffee was good. It tasted like they forgot to put the shot of coffee in. Should have cancelled the order after the shouting."
