"Most of the cashiers of this place are very nice, except for a male cashier I had on Sat 05/08 (the name showed on the invoice is L. Lu). Since plastic bag was banned, we have been packing the groceries by ourselves when using our reused bags and I usually ask the cashier to hand me the heavy items first (exp: egg box) to be placed at the bottom of the bag. Usually everyone is okay with that, but today, the male cashier literally told me “one by one ok?”, I replied “I need to put that in first, before putting all the veges”, he said “but you placed it at the bottom of the basket” (?!), I then needed to go take the egg box out of the basket myself and handed it to him to scan! He couldn’t bother doing a simple thing like taking the egg box out of the basket, scan and hand it to me to pack, while it used to be the cashier’s job to pack, not the customer? What an attitude :)"

"I've never had a problem shopping at Golden until I met this young Asian chap at the cashier today, it was simply because we couldn't identify whether it was young ginger or ginger and was charged the wrong price. We questioned the price and was met with a rude response. Luckily his fellow cashier looked at the ginger and amended the price accordingly. Also, he seemed to press down on the scale for the purchases more than he should, makes me just realize , maybe that's why he disposed the receipt instead of handing it back to me. Fishy."
