Halinka wanted payment as soon as I entered and spent 30 minutes on the phone to Medicare not acknowledging my existence. "Mrs. Healy is hard of hearing, so get ready to repeat yourself a lot. As a young male she is hard to relate too, hard to open up to, probably more appropriate for older clients. She also has a very limited understanding of technology, which makes it hard to discuss any such concerns. Still had some useful advice."
