"I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Gena at Forty Winks. When I called to inquire about a basic quote for a bed set, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She informed me that Forty Winks does not provide quotes via email. Upon further inquiry, she mentioned that they were currently busy and might be able to provide me with a quote tomorrow. However, she also stated that even if she sends the quote tomorrow, they would not honor the discount because the special ends today."

"Tim from Osborne Park was so lovely and so helpful. I needed a mattress the same day and he was able to find one for me in my budget range, size, made in WA and comfort level. By far the best service I have had. Tim made the whole process easy and less stressful when looking for the perfect mattress. Plus Forty Winks has their warehouse connected to them so they wrap up the mattress there and you can collect it from the back. Much better than having to go to another location like so many other stores."
