"I talked to medibank branch on call not sure if it was in city or where. They were so rude and didn't let me and my grandma talk. I was on calls for 3 days figuring out medibank policy. I told them about how my grandma is aged and cannot speak English or write. She cannot speak properly however had no patience and spoke over her. And said visit store. Sorry but it was very bad customer service."
"Medibank is by far, hands down, No questions asked the worst health insurance company I've ever dealt with. They take three to four weeks for payouts and on top of that the customer service is jaw droppingly bad. If you are thinking about getting OSHC or any insurance for that matter, please take my word for it and avoid this at all cost."
"Very unwelcoming, at times one customer agent seemed racist. Abruptly takes lunch break. Not professional. The lady who served me today (3.1.2023) at 4h55 pm on the front right desk doesn’t know how to interact with a customer, hardly looking at me and talking reluctantly while looking elsewhere. These ill mannered uncouth agents should be trained. Otherwise, over Medibank’s recent hack and poor service, people will start cancelling their service just like me."
