"Dodgy Dodgy cleaners!!! Booked these guys in to clean a 2 bedroom unit, they charged $585 (and demanded payment before they start) to clean everything before open inspection. Cleaner (bloke with only half his teeth) arrived at 8pm the night before ??? (2 days late) and promised it would be clean that night. Went to the unit 3 hours before the inspection to find (see attached photos) floors filthy (not cleaned at all) Windows filthy (not cleaned at all) Cleaner left his coke in the freezer and exploded (we’re supposed to clean the fridge) Dust on cabinets, can see a quick wipe over, but not really cleaned. I thought the guy just bailed on the job. So I cleaned the unit myself Contacted Jennifer immediately and several times over 2 days with no answer. Emailed Hobbs with photos of the mess, they responded 2 days later with every excuse and blaming the guy downstairs asking him to leave at 12am? Then they said most of the clean is not included, no sign of a refund. These guys will take your money and run. Do not use them"
