"I should have remembered from the last time I was in this shop & had a bad experience with same lady at counter. Very rude, not at all customer focuses and to top it off insulted me not once but twice ( both visits) saying I needed a size 2 times larger that what I actually was. When I did try on her recommendation she could see that it was big on me but insisted that I should get bigger size. I think it's time for you to retire & stop being a grumpy unsmiling shop assistant!"
