"I recently had the misfortune of seeking the assistance of Optima Partners for my tax return, which turned out to be a complete nightmare. I cannot stress enough how frustrated and unsatisfied I was with their abysmal service and overall incompetence. This particular young short male, was extremely dismissive and rude, with no interest in addressing my problems. This staff member clearly does not care about clients and requires further training in his communication skills, as this would be greatly appreciated. They claimed they could "not do anything for me", and were not able to answer even the most basic accounting questions, leaving me feeling uncertain and frustrated in my financial situation. It baffles me that a so called professional private firm can be so clueless about fundamental accounting principles. To add result to injury, their services were ridiculously overpriced for the level of incompetence I received. To put it simply, there was no value for money whatsoever, and I felt like I was paying them for subpar assistance. Furthermore, would not trust them with my financial matters in the future and would strongly advise anyone seeking accounting services to avoid this firm at all costs."
