"Came in to ask about slide on concrete grinding shoes, was pretty clear from the outset that unless you already knew exactly what to ask that it was going to be a bit of fun/annoyance for the staff member who served me. I did get explanations, but in in a very condescending manner. Getting pretty tired of businesses like this that open to the public but would rather only deal those who already know the answers they're looking for. A poor experience unfortunately."
