Kitchen Connection

"Updated: 21 June 2023.... so yeah, the Kitchen have been installed but needs rework due to some missing parts ( panel) and some mechanism. Anyway, the Head Office Scheduler (which by the way if you haven't reviewed your fee schedule, they charge $150.00 for scheduling) they sent me a text message saying the Installer will be on site from 11am to 4pm on the 21 June. So I waited, and waited, and no one came. Even ny CSM had no idea where the Installer is. Why schedule something and not turn up?! This is beyond disappointing. If they don't fix it soon, my next step after this review is lodge a complaint with QBCC. I should have read the Reviews first before I engaged Kitchen Connection, or better yet kept my old Kitchen. ############# I started my kitchen renovation and wardrobe process in January. I thought I'd go with Kitchen Connection because I don't want to go through the headache and frustrations in dealing with Tradies. My Kitchen and wardrobe are still in the process, and so far I am not over the moon. To be honest, I just want it over and done with. I am getting sad that my experience is nowhere near what the Showroom reps have told me about. I think they are overselling the concept that they are efficient and organised when so far it has been on the contrary. I really wanted to be happy about it so I can write a good review but I really doubt that I would. I am only hoping that once,, I mean, if and when, my wardrobe and kitchen would be completed that I will be pleased and that I can say then (and hopefully relieved), that it was worth it...the thing is I am really concerned that it will be.....so disappointing is all I can say for now but I am still hoping they can turn my experience around...."

"Started at Helensvale with fantastic staff picked our kitchen then Kimberly came to the apartment and tweaked the design and measurements then Mark checked the whole project and the tradies took the old kitchen out and installed the new couldn’t fault any of the process. "OMG What a fantastic experience I have just had with Kitchen Connection at Helensvale. We needed to renovate our kitchen and had absolutely no clue and no prior experience. The lovely ladies at the showroom were very helpful and knowledgeable, they spent time explaining and helping us with options and choices. The project itself ran very smoothly with a task and jobs trades list provided to me so I knew exactly when, where and who would be attending at my house. I was supplied with names and phone numbers for all the trades. All trades were exceptional and I felt at ease with having them in my house unsupervised. Well done team!! would highly recommend."
