"This company was fantastic a few years ago. The go-to for all professional service companies on the Terrace. Lately, they have been absolutely terrible. Rude service, items coming back with marks not cleaned, not picking up for days or not at all, dont answer calls or emails and was extremely rude when we asked for a receipt for our books. Will never use them again."
