"Really helpful staff, once I explained what I wanted to achieve they recommended the perfect lighting setup, showed me how to use it, and at a great price!"
"Terrible customer service! Staff were extremely rude and unorganised! I was threatened with not receiving my bond back after I tried to explain to them that their equipment wasn’t working properly. Staff had not tested prior to me hiring. I know equipment was not tested as when I arrived for pick up, which I was told would be ready by 12pm, nothing was ready and I had to wait around, no testing of equipment was involved in the process."
"I would give 0 stars if it was possible, don’t not recommend Stagecraft at all. This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I organised pick up for 12pm on Friday, when I arrived they had nothing ready and I had to wait around until 1pm to get what I had hired. No one then offered to help me put the heavy equipment into the car. I then had issues with some of the lighting I had hired and the speaker, when trying to explain this to the owner he was very rude talking down to me, implying I had no common sense and it was my fault the equipment didn’t work. I ended up leaving very upset!"
