"Avoid dealing with this rental agency at all cost, this applies to landlords and tenants if you are not careful and double-check all calculations THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU WITH FEES. You would think that an agency claiming to have years of experience would know how to do basic calculations, ironically the calculations they make are several hundred dollars off the actual amount owed (in their favour of course) and you will need to contact CBS services to do the right calculations and then show them how to do them so that you can get the fair amount. I literally had to run them through the formulas to calculate the fees multiple times and create a spreadsheet with the dates before they realised their "mistake". This is by far the most unprofessional rental agency I've ever dealt with in over 8 years of renting in Australia and 12 years living abroad. They lack basic customer service and communication skills and won't reply to your emails or questions nor they will provide you with rental receipts, records or rental references as in their words " they are not obliged to reply to you". Make sure you keep everything in writing and contact CBS Services for legal advice if you are ever in doubt about of anything."

"From my first communication with iRental requesting property management to having tenants move in - all the employees at iRental Property Management have been great. Brenton was a big help in explaining the landlord/tenant rental process providing me with a realistic expectation of how much income I could expect each week (relative to comparable properties in my area) and the type of advertising appropriate for my property (as well as how he would manage it with Covid restrictions). I was contacted regularly by Jacqui who kept me informed of the process and took great photos as well as creating a HD 3D guided tour of my property (again, a massive help for the Covid restrictions at the time).
