"The worst McDonald's by far, not one clean table in the entire place for us to sit so decided to take it away instead, the chips are always stale. Today we got mcmuffins delivered and they were burnt and black with egg shell in (the egg shell is a common occurrence here) that was the final time of giving it ago I can longer stomach eating at this place, especially as I saw how dirty the entire place was the other night with not one clean table."
"ordered an ice cream from this place which is like 4 mins away just to open it up to a melted goopy mess. the food is nice but the atmosphere of the place is not very good. last time i went, i waited 25 mins just for food!"
"waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with no other cars behind or in front of me. Manager stood and did nothing while an obviously new employee tried to scramble my order together, giving me a vanilla coke when I got a vanilla shake. he then gave me a sundae that had a broken lid, resulting in it spilling in my car. When I got home I then realised he still gave me the wrong drink, and I'm missing fries. I don't blame the employee, I blame the manager for not assisting someone to give good service when they're new to the job."
"I usually like the food its the coffees that are hit and miss. Birthday cake coffee is misleading as no froth and choc on top of the one I received and they said that's how it is ? Why pay extra when the taste is a bit different had chucks at the bottom of cup as was a power and looks nothing like pic on app"
"I ordered Uber eats from them and it took nearly an hour to get delivered, once delivered everything was cold. I rang the store 3 times when I had been waiting for 30 minutes, they just hung up the phone. I then rang the Uber eats driver who put me onto someone who worked for you. They told me that the screens were full, at 10:30pm on Easter Sunday. I very much doubt that. This is not the first time this has happened when I order late at night. Do better."
