"Poor customer service, and will delay your visit or loose your referrals. Their support team isn't helpful either. I have been invoiced $400 for their own mistake and it's been over 10days nobody has tried to reach out to resolve the issue!!! I have contacted their team several times and was assured someone will be in touch!! didn't happen and I don't expect it to .... My GP has sent direct referrals several times and they still have none on record, one was sent as latest as on day of my consult, the team is clueless and will not file your health documentation correctly. Disappointing"
"Needed an X-ray and ultra sound today. This practice was amazing. The reception staff are so friendly. Thank you Rosemary and Dr Felix for your care and concern re the ultra sound. I also had a lovely caring lady take the x-ray. Such a great experience."
"Desk Staff are friendly when dealing with paperwork but we don’t want to hear everything about your lives when waiting to be called in to be scanned. It’s never really busy at this particular office but not sure why the wait is always so long to be called in to be seen. Parking lot out front is a little awkward and tight. Certain items are bulk billed with Medicare."
