"My wife made an appointment for my aged care mother in April for todays August appointment, only to be told at the reception desk that "someone" had cancelled the appointment at their end, and here`s another one for October! DO NOT TRUST THESE FOREIGN PEOPLE! We had to get my mother out of the nursing home at 7.30am to be there at 8.30am!!! NEVER AGAIN - GO ELSEWHERE"

"I visited the clinic in person last week after finishing with the Chiroproctor next door. I simply asked if there was a Bio on the Phycologist (they have them on the Drs next door) and the frown and look I was given by the rude individual at the "reception" desk was digusting. I wish I got this individual's name so I could mention it here, sadly I can only descibe her as old and frumpy so be on the look out for that one!"

"Absolutely deplorable! I attended multiple appointments with my partner who was a patient of "Dr" Asha. Each time we visited he left in a more mentally unstable position but we tried our best to give her a chance; maybe it was just a matter of going a few times to get all the discomfort out of the way. Today was his most recent visit and the toxicity escalated, tenfold. Asha audibly raised her voice at my partner (literally yelled), spoke to him like a child, told him that she "wouldn't get in any trouble if he were to kill himself," gave him false information about a medication that she knew nothing about, vindictively threw a previous experience back in his face/used it against him, then proceeded to say that SHE was not comfortable treating him and that she "will never see him again." He had expressed concern that one of his meds was making him more angry and irritable but after the verbal altercation she told him that he would just have to "make do with what he had until he could find someone else." I am so beyond digusted and absolutely ropeable. DO NOT EVER VISIT THIS CLINIC OR THIS ALLEGED DOCTOR. She will likely make your mental health worse rather than helping."

"DO YOUR RESEARCH! A Doctor with no empathy at all. It's people like this who create a stigma on mental health & why people don't get help. If you like being sent home with no support at all during a medication change then she is perfect for you! If you want someone to ask what's happened NOW and not during your life then see her! She makes her quick money, hands you tablets and sends you on your way. But wait, the best part of all. My regular GP said they would never have sent me there (couldn't get into regular when I was desperate) also my PHARMACIST said they had heard nothing but horrible stuff about this "Doctor". It PAYS Todo your research, not just for your wallet but more so your mental health! I've never suffered as much as I did doing that medication change. I'm so lucky I reached out and go a second opinion."
