"I am not much aware of Freedom or their products but unfortunately, went to their store in Cannington and paid for a sofa. The sofa is still in the store and requested them to for the same product in a different colour as the sofa had not left the store. I did not ask for a refund and was willing to pay the labour charges, but they did not budge for a single inch from their Rigid position. There was no mention by the staff member at the time of payment and no such thing was mentioned on the bill. This is not about a product but about the element of Regrettable inflexibility and expecting customer to read their website before entering their store. The store and the Owner of the Freedom Furniture seem to clearly lack contemporary customers service skills."
"I dont normally write reviews, in fact I never do however the service, or lack there of, that we received at this place deserves a review. We entered the EMPTY store on a Monday morning. There were 3 female staff members chatting at the counter, not one of them bothered to stop their conversation to acknowledge us. I was shopping with my 2 young children. We were sofa shopping from the country, 6 hours away, so we were there to buy. After about 20 minutes of listening to the staff giggle and chatting at the counter I was ready to spend my money elsewhere no matter how nice their products were. The 2 stars I am giving is because of the nice gentleman that finally came and served us- he was very helpful. Unfortunately by this point my 2 young children's patience was gone, as was mine. Needless to say we purchased a couch down the road."
"Spacious layout, plenty of beautiful displays for design ideas both indoor and outdoor. Carpark at shop entrance, hand sanitizer on entry, all items priced and friendly staff to ask for any help."
