"I cannot recommend this location enough! I'm an American visiting family and got a gift card for my birthday to go and get a massage and facial. I was a certified massage therapist so you could say that I know what I like when it comes to self-care. First, lets talk about the customer service. When I got to this location I was quickly greeted by about 3 of the staff who are so sweet and incredibly nice. I realized that I forgot my gift card at home, and Shelby said it wasn't a problem and that I could even call the store when I got back to my house with the gift card information. THAT alone was worth coming to this place. I was very impressed with how they treated me not only as a customer, but as someone who has never used their services before. Well done, thanks so much for leaving an impression Shelby! Second, the facial! Holy smokes, do yourself a favor and book with Molly!!! She is not only one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, she was very knowledgable about the products she was going to use based on the quick consultation we had before my one hour Pro 60 facial. From the moment Molly took me back and explained the process, she then asked if I had any questions and made me feel so comfortable and confident in her skills as my beautician. I have never had a facial like this before and absolutely loved it! Third, the massage... BOOK.WITH.JORDYN!!! Never in my life have I ever fallen asleep during a massage, until today, lol. Jodyn (aka, Jordy) is a MASTER at massage. I normally book 90min at other places, but due to them getting me in last minute I went with a 60min massage. Jordy seriously made me feel like I had been there for a few hours! My body was so relaxed with every sweeping touch. She was specific to make sure the pressure was right, and she nailed it! Again, I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the service all the way around at Pure Indulgence Coomera! Make sure to take care of yourself and book with Molly and Jordy, you will not be disappointed! Thanks girls, you have an American client for life every time I visit, well done :)"

"I have been going to pure indulgence for over a year now. The manager Shelby is always friendly and welcoming and always has time for a quick chat. My therapist kasey is excellent in her job. She takes a professional approach to looking after my skin and is very skilled and knowledgeable about the products she's using. My last visit yesterday was extra extraordinary I'd just recently suffered the death of my sister and they took extra special care in making sure I was pampered.. not only did my face looked 10 years younger I felt relaxed and cared for.
