Your stylists asks the right questions for you to have your desired outcome and checks every step of the way. Super friendly and courteous and would not go anywhere else. My son who is very fussy only goes to Next because he gets the quality results he is after. Elly has taught me how to take proper care of my hair, using fantastic Kerastas products and she does such fabulous work every visit.
