"Went to go buy some Goodyear eagle f1 sports under the buy 3 get forth free promo. Was told the size I am after was not eligible and would cost over $1000. Was also told changing the size would make my car freak out. Ended up buying the tires off tyresales with the promo for under $800 and my car has not glitched. It is embarrassing that another company can provide the promo for your own branded tires and where cheaper per tire without the promo."
"Booked my car in for the first time spoked with Grant, he was very nice over the phone dropping my car for a standard service. No where to sit and wait all though Grant said there was a coffee room, this was miss leading. Picked my car up I believe I was overcharged, and they forgot to put oil back in the car this caused major damage to the car. I called Goodyear and Grant took no responsibility Extremely disappointed. This must be a dodgy franchise."
"WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! I got quotes on a major service, and Goodyear was the best price. I had the manager Grant look after me and also mentioned I could sit and wait in his office. Once I arrived he was very rude and would not let me sit in the office. Grant got a greasy chair and sat it in the sun and said sit there! I was shocked, I mentioned to not touch my new tyres or air pressure on my wheels. As I just had them recently done, also to call me if any further work needed doing as I went for a walk to get some food. Grant called me in under 1 hour and said I'm finished!! I was in shock....major service. I got back he replaced my windscreen wipers without calling me. Also, they were only a couple of weeks old. He also said he put extra pressure on my tires. I paid Grant the money and felt let down. Checked my air pressure at the service station and all tires were at different PSI, one tyre was at 53psi and another was at 24psi all four tyres were incorrect. Also, the logbook was not correctly filled out. I called Grant about the tyre pressure and log book. Grant was rude on the phone and just showed no compassion. I honestly wonder if he did do a major service I'm extremely suspicious. I would never take my car back! Goodyear sounds like a great well-known place - But this is a dodgy Goodyear. STAY AWAY!!"
