"Been here a few times but the times that I’ve had the best experience was when Tess was working, she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and her hospitality was unmatched. She was friendly and polite and greeted us with a big smile and went out of her way to put our special requests in for the kitchen. She goes above and beyond for her customers and this place is worth the visit to see her beautiful hospitality alone. Tess is the best chuck out the rest!"
"We held my husband's birthday party at the Walkers Arms Hotel this past Thursday. We had a table of 15 people and I've come here to rave about how fantastic each meal was. Our servers were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our event special, and even presented the birthday cake our three year old made with great flourish and spectacle. Thank you to all the staff again. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!"
"Friday night peak time, no reservation. Instead of the usual "we have no tables", the server walked around trying to find us a place. Then the manager appeared and opened up a function room just for us and then several other patrons. Now this is what I call service! All with smiles, patience and good humour! Food was so yummy and we even had a Rum & coke for $7.50! We all agreed this will be out go-to meetup place from now on. Good service does bring rewards!"
"I attended the Adelaide Photography Industry Night and Workshop my Mark Rosetto here last Tuesday and it was so good. I have had dinner here a few times now and they never disappoint. Service is great the function rooms are spacious and private and parking is easy and convenient too!"
"Went here for a family dinner. Has presence as a place for a lunch or dinner with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors under cover. TV's and fans/heaters available to suit all weather. Diverse menu and fair pricing. Portions could be a little more generous but that's being picky. Presentation was spot on. Customer service from floor staff member Daniel was brilliant. Was accommodating to requests and insights on menu options, built rapport and was friendly. Other staff ignored empty glasses, eye rolled and generally appeared they didn't want to be there. Bar staff were shocking. Ignored customers, audibly complained about customers in front of other customers, messed up our order of 4 drinks and I even saw a drink mixer dropped on the floor, stepped on and then used to stir the next person's drink."
