"we recently purchased an item from store. However, at home I realised that it was not what I was looking and hoping for as a replacement. We went back to the store a couple of days later to return the item. The lady at the store was very helpful, took the item back and gave us our money back. The store is lovely, well kept and pretty, many products for all Asian homeware. We will return for something else as it is on our way to a nearby coffeeshop"

"The clip to lock the top cover is a piece of cheap plastic. The staff will blame breakage on the user. For a $400 valued cooker, it breaks too easily; a sheer waste of time and effort to make the way , just for a charged replacement."
"Stainless steel bowl for rice cooker/multi cooker is much better than Teflon for health and longevity of product. I've had mine for 3 years and use everyday. I'm very impressed with product and the staff are amazing. I accidently broke my handle and they had a replacement ready and fitted for only $5. Incredible! That service just doesn’t exist anymore. And they do 'in shop' cooking demos to learn how to maximize your product. Highly recommend"
