"Just came from this store and the security guard helped me with all my perfumes and colognes that I was looking at, he went above and beyond his job. Very friendly and very helpful when and got the keys to open the perfume cabinets for me and everything he doesn't need to do that but he went above and beyond. Very friendly extremely helpful very happy with the service. He is a blessing to the store should be promoted."
"Don't BOTHER!!!!!! Rude unhelpful staff! And even ruder security guard. Husband had an urgent script sent here to be filled out so I could pick it up one my way home. Get there. After a lengthy wait as normal for here. Sorry we are having system issues and can't get the script. Do you have it? No they sent it to you. Can you call them and get it resent. I thought you had system issues and can't access it so what good is having it resent AND they are shut!!!! By this stage I am visibly upset and distraught as these drugs are urgent. Staff didn't care at all! No offer to actually help. Just we might be able to get it tomorrow! Too bad I need it tonight. I left in tears stressed as I have no option but to take hubby to hospital now to get script from them. Security guard the abused me for yelling at his staff! They are uncaring and unhelpful! Be putting a formal complaint in tomorrow with head office!"
"Been there twice. Collected online orders as well. The service is very quick and organisation of aisles is also great. Luckily got 1 parking spot vacant otherwise looks like all the shops in that market share the same parking bays. Recommend this Chemist warehouse in Gosnells."
