"Very courteous, helpful and friendly front counter staff. Being able to have a loan car was important and shacks have excellent quality loan cars, my car issue that we have been trying for 8 months to get to the bottom of with no success, Shacks we’re able to diagnose and fix the issue in 1 day. They called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it was to fix and also sent me a txt when my vehicle was ready. I drove home with no overheating or engine hot warning signs so it is a relief to finally have the problem fixed. Thankyou Shacks for your great service today The next day I had another issue happen and so I called into Shacks and the manager Jack was so helpful, he explained to me about my car overheating issue and how they worked it out so quickly in comparison to 9 months previously with my own mechanic trying to solve it and he run a diagnostic and told me what was happening and that I should come back if it continued to happen which it hasn’t"
