"Had a bad experience when I last visited this particular branch. Ordered 2 nachos with chicken and pork, the server had to scrape dried and tastless slithers of chicken from the sides of the platter to the point where she couldn't even fill the scoop to the required level and then cooked 1 bowl while she ordered a co-worker to replace the chicken platter doing nothing as 1 bowl cooked. Then she made the other other bowl which she needed more chicken for regardless so don't understand why she under served my first bowl. 2nd bowl was cooked at a different time while first bowl went cool. And it wasn't busy, I was the only customer in line."

"I vote tori Humphrey's as an amazing and very positive girl. She was very patient and amazing when I was ordering especially with that gorgeous happy smile she has. "I went in yesterday (9/7/23) for lunch and was blown away by the service i received. i didn’t catch the name of the girl who served me but she had shortish, dark blonde hair and is my favourite person. story is that i was SEVERELY hungover because my parents divorced on saturday night and so i went clubbing to drink my thoughts away. so all i wanted yesterday morning was a good, fat burrito. and let me tell you, this girl PULLED THROUGH. honestly the BEST burrito i have ever had, she knew exactly what she was doing with wrapping it perfectly and everything, i genuinely felt the love going into this burrito. she was friendly and we had a conversation about how good the zambreros rice is. as i ate my burrito in the car, i actually cried a little bit (partly because of the divorce but also because of how good the burrito was… i know i sound dramatic but it just kind of reminded me of the beauty in the small things in this cruel world). hungover or not, i would give 10 stars if i could. i hope that girl gets a raise as i genuinely have not had a better experience at any zambreros ever before."

"I've always heard great things about the Norwood Zambrero and had great customer service but this sunday i came in around lunch time and my server Taliya was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that i was happy with my burrito and she was very good at recommending things to add as it was my first time having something from Zambrero. She was very welcoming and bubbly and made my day, the burrito was amazing!!!"
