To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, we recommend booking your appointment in advance. While we do accommodate walk-in guests on a space available basis, making a reservation guarantees your preferred time slot and avoids any disappointment. Please arrive promptly for your booking, as late arrival may result in a reduction of your appointment duration or even the loss of your appointment.

At Lotus Beauty, we strive to create a tranquil atmosphere for our guests. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking loudly or engaging in live video conversations without headphones. Our goal is to provide a relaxing escape from the outside world, and we appreciate your cooperation in creating a serene ambiance for all guests.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we understand that life happens. However, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the specified time frame, your booking fee will be forfeited. We offer convenient confirmations and reminders via SMS to help you stay organized and avoid any unexpected fees.

When booking online or via phone, most appointments require a 50% booking fee, which will be deducted from your total on the day of your service. This fee is non-refundable if you fail to cancel within 24 hours or do not attend your appointment. Additionally, please keep your gift vouchers secure, as lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

While we love children, Lotus Beauty is not a child-friendly environment due to limited space and potential hazards. We kindly request that children under 12 years old be supervised by an adult who is not receiving a service. If you must bring your children, please ensure they are supervised at all times and use headphones when using electronic devices.

Please note that any damage or breakage to our products in-store by clients or children will incur a 50% charge. We have a product return policy that allows for refunds or exchanges of unopened and unused products within 14 days with proof of purchase. Faulty products can be fully refunded or replaced within 28 days with proof of purchase.
