"If you want a drink go to a pub instead. I booked an immediate appointment, went and asked by a young fellow about booking, confirmed and was asked to sit on the barber chair while everyone else waiting was sitting on lounge. 25 minutes passed, people came after me were attended while I was sitting unattended. Decided to leave due to feeling insulted and disappointed. Had a bad experience with my previous appointment, when new staff shaved half of my moustache accidently , have to shave all my beard because of that. Definitely no 3rd chance."
"I ordered the product as stated on their website with the intention to order the exact product ultra matte paste barber exclusive due to ingredients in it being different to a similar product from the same company for commercial use but when I received the product it was the one for commercial use. When contacting this place again I got a response via email “What’s your phone number mate”, but no phone call since and no explanation provided. Extremely unprofessional customer service without any support to return/exchange the product."
