In light of the current COVID-19 situation, our medical centre is operating with reduced staffing levels. We understand that you may have concerns or questions, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we handle a high volume of enquiries. For any updates regarding our hours of operation, please visit our website, as they may have changed.
Please note that we do not perform COVID-19 testing at our facility. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and require medical advice, we recommend booking a telehealth appointment online. Rest assured, our team is committed to providing you with the necessary guidance and support during these challenging times.
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, we have an appointment cancellation policy in place. We kindly request that you cancel your scheduled appointments at least 4 hours in advance, in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Failure to do so may result in a no show/cancellation fee of $50.
For your convenience, we accept various payment methods. All patients who are not bulk-billed are required to pay the full fee upfront. However, you can claim the Medicare rebate at the time of payment.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm. In addition, we offer extended hours on Monday to Friday, from 7am to 8am, and Saturday from 1pm to 6pm. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

"I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency & friendliness of this medical centre. Not my usual doctor but I needed a fairly urgent consultation. I'm not used to paying a fee-for-service but I understand that if I'd had a Pensioner Concession card my visit would have been bulk billed. Dr Veerasingham was attentive, thorough & came up with a set of appropriate recommendations. The service is obviously geared - to some extent - to short-term contact, but I did notice quite a few elderly (& I presume local & frequent) patients so the doctors would seem to provide care for long-term & chronic conditions as well. I couldn't fault the centre & was glad it was available as an alternative to my usual doctor!"
