"I was a little disappointed with the service I had today. I have been here before and it was wonderful however today I was rushed, had 4 fingers cut and felt like I was an inconvenience. Nails still look cute however it was not what I wanted. I felt as though colours weren’t shown to us, the art I wanted was constantly shut down and was told couldn’t be done however i can now see that other reviews and photos contradicts what I was told. My fingers were still bleeding 10 minutes after we left. Maybe it was just not a good day."

"Very inaccurate work, they cut my cuticle so deep that bleeding didn't stop for 2 hours. After 1 week the polish cracked though I take care of my hands and nails. Not worth even 1 star."

"I have been going to these guys for more than 3 years now to get my nails done and I am never disappointed. They know exactly what I like and always make sure their work is done to a high standard. Staff are very friendly and the free champange/drinks make it a perfect experience :)"
