"I applied for a clearly advertised role at this company - an Administration Assistant with the ability to conduct some Induction training of staff. Within 4 days, they changed the actual role on SEEK to a "Cleaning All Rounder" ....quite a difference to the one I applied for and naturally my application did not then meet their criteria and was dismissed. When I rang to ask why, they said they had 700 applicants so they just decided to change the role as they could not cope with the volume of applicants. Changing the ad like that is VERY UNFAIR. I would suggest that if you are going to post an ad, stay true to what you have asked for and spend some time filtering through your applications. Show some respect to us struggling job seekers and don't just pull the rug out from under us. I think I dodged a bullet working for this company if this is how they treat their workers and their customers.......with little to no respect."
