"Experienced very bad behaviour of the staff in DFO today, the lady was so rude. I went to exchange a girl’s dress and lady was saying she can’t exchange it as I was being blamed for using the dress. I was taking this as a gift for my niece in my home country, I’m having two sons how can she blame me wearing it. It was very light scratch mark. The lady was not listening to me just ignored my justifications. She completely ignored me and continued to do her computer work. I’m with Ollies from last 6 years and this behaviour was very shocking for me. She ruined my Whole day."
