"This is the second year our oldest daughter has been attending L’atelier and while we have always been satisfied with the care provided there has been a significant improvement most recently in parent communication. It has been so refreshing to read through all of the carefully planned and engaging activities delivered to the children, built on their key interests. Go team L’atelier! You should all be so proud of your efforts to deliver such a quality service, that is continuing to improve. Our daughter has been expressing her excitement and enthusiasm, sharing more about what’s been happening at daycare on her return home. Thank you to all of the dedicated staff for your continued efforts. It really is a privilege for our daughter to take full advantage of such an engaging program with the added bonus of her younger sister taking her place in 2024. We very much look forward to seeing and experiencing the continued improvements at L’atelier."

"My family didn’t have positive experience with this preschool. We went on a tour last year 2022 in July where I was informed they had still 3 days available for 2023 school year, we have applied for the available days, I gave all the papers in person to the owner Helen but seems like our application was never processed. One month later I tried to contact the school since I never heard back from them only to find out that my daughter was on a waiting list. The day I dropped off my application I was assured they had still some availability for the following year,I don’t feel like honest school who kept my deposit which I paid only to secure a spot in this school, and after sending few emails I was always ignored. I know it’s a high demand for childcares in Australia but please treat people with respect!"
