"What a breath of fresh air to find good old fashioned customer service ! Our cat Snippens' emergency visit on the night of 17/08/2023 was carried out with professionalism, compassion and we were kept informed and checked on regularly even though they were busy. We had the duty vet, a final year student and two nurses who were all outstanding in spite of the late hour! On the morning of the 18th, the lovely receptionist could not have more helpful when I checked in. Great to be able to trust strangers with our naughty but very loved cat who overdosed himself by eating the 25kg dog's medication !!"
"I have never experienced anything like this before, I was absolutely overwhelmed with the professionalism and kindness that this equine vet team showed me yesterday, my 12 mth old quarter horse Paddy sustained a bad neck injury after going over a fence and landing on his head, after X-rays we discovered that he had fractured his neck and damaged his spinal cord, I made the decision to have him put to sleep as it was a bad fracture, this magnificent team of equine specialists showed e such kindness and understanding, I will never forget this experience."
"I do not recommend Roseworthy Equine Vets. The Doctor we had to deal with (an older lady) was so heartless and couldn’t give us straight answers as to what was wrong with the horse. We ended up having to put her down. They wouldn’t let us get a second opinion until after the horse was put to sleep, a bit late then… Overall, was a very traumatic experience for our family members and will not be taking any of our horses there again."
