"Anthia is an incredible Ob - warm, friendly, patient-centred, and can calm a room full of people when needed. One consideration is there is often a long wait for each pre-natal appointment, but that’s because when she’s with you she takes the time to be fully present and never rushes you. "Dr Asha Short made me feel dehumanised and not worth her time. I could tell my problems with a long history of chronic pelvic pain did not interest her and she ushered me off telling me to take Panadol for the pain and handing me birth control like it’s sticky tape to slap over a gaping hole in a pipe leak. When explaining the pain I went through even during my ultrasound, she dismissed it and acted like there couldn’t be anything else wrong with me despite everything I was trying to tell her. Not only did I not get any help or care but I left her office feeling like I was not worthy of any kind of relief from my pain. I’ve never seen anyone so uninterested in her patients and their health. From reading reviews it seems like she’s great with birth and pregnancy, but when it comes to any other women issues, she treats us as though we’re a nuisance and our pain is all in our heads. An experience that makes it really hard to try again with someone else."

"Dr. Asha Short is such a wonderful doctor that I don't have words to describe her. She listened to my all worries and queries in all appointments and always kept asking me if I had more questions in the end. The best thing is she always listened what I wanted and worked on that accordingly. I am so lucky that she delivered my child. She was in the labour room whole time and did her job so efficiently!
