"It is unfortunate that the management at this store run by their own intention not by the corporation’s policy. Some days I welcome by my puppy in my handheld bag and some days not. Good staff but terrible management."

"Long wait lines, up to 15 deep. Lots of staff who seem to be looking confused. This Officeworks has very management and complaints and feedback are largely ignored because management cannot manage their staff. This morning....15 people deep line. The "floor staff" were avoiding contact with people who had queries so then customers take a selection of items up to the payment counter and discuss their way through each product. That is also the fault of the customer, some people are very inconsiderate of others. The checkout line is NOT customer information. However, maybe if the floor staff were more present and available it wouldn't be the case. The check out staff, noted on multiple occasions, couldn't move fast if their babies were on fire. They seem totally unaware of the caravan of people forming before them and the pace never, ever picks up. For a quick and helpful solution, this is not the place you wanna visit. If you just want to pop in and get some supplies, this would more than likely be a long, painfully slow grind. Go elsewhere."

"1000 times better than Joondalup Officeworks. Sat morn, at print desk 4 friendly staff, no queue, efficient operation with no avoiding customers eyes. Friendly tech manager did a refund no quibbles. Recommended."

"I had a very positive experience dealing with Sam on Wednesday night at the Osborne Park store. I arrived at 8.30pm trying to print out a school project for my daughter and unfortunately the image I had was not in the right format. Sam was friendly, kind and helpful and nothing was too hard. Sam made sure I left the store with a printed out usable image. Thanks so much Sam for the excellent customer service you provided me, I really appreciate it. If my daughter gets an A you definitely need to take some of the credit!!"

"Great big store, it felt like Christmas. The only issue (& to me it was big, as I'd done my homework & checked online for items to be available in store) was when I arrived the next day, the items were not available in store, only online. This needs to be dramatically improved upon please. Parking was on the small side as usual for OW. Other than that, I found the store great. Most staff were friendly & helpful & items were very reasonable & the choices were great. Thank you for a mostly enjoyable experience."
