In addition, our dedicated researchers have made significant breakthroughs in the field of animal health. By striking gold in their investigations, they have successfully developed a treatment to stop the trots in pigs, benefiting both the agricultural industry and animal welfare.
We invite you to join us at our upcoming event on Friday, 25th August from 9:30 am to 11:00 am in Room MM1-05. During this event, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting research being conducted at FII. Presentations will be given by Sushil Kumar on duty control of an AC driven argon plasma jet, Nicolas Demarthe on selective diffusion in solid state electrolytes for energy storage application, and Dr. George Abaka-Wood on rare earth elements minerals recovery using conventional beneficiation methods.
Our headquarters are located in the X Building at the Mawson Lakes Campus on Mawson Lakes Boulevard. We are proud to be a part of the vibrant community in South Australia's City of Salisbury.
As an institution, we acknowledge and respect the Kaurna, Boandik, and Barngarla First Nations Peoples and their Elders past and present. We recognize and honor their status as the First Nations' Traditional Owners of the lands where our campuses in Adelaide, Mount Gambier, and Whyalla now stand.
