Our management team is taking every precautionary measure to protect our guests. Our housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. They use a disinfectant steam cleaning machine to thoroughly clean every part of our motel rooms, including furniture. Additionally, all in-room equipment such as linens, towels, bath mats, face washers, plates, glasses, and cutlery are sanitized.

To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we have made the decision to not accept any mandatory Covid-19 self-isolation bookings. This is done to prevent any potential infections and maintain a safe environment.

Although these measures have had a severe financial impact on our business, we are committed to staying open and doing our part in keeping the Western Australian economy running. We deeply appreciate your current and future support during these challenging times.

At Bailey's Motel, we take immense pride in providing our guests with high-quality, comfortable, clean, and affordable motel rooms. Our rooms feature a Queen size bed and/or twin single beds, along with amenities such as a fridge, microwave, digital TV, internet access, air-conditioning, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom, toaster, and kettle. We also offer rooms with a stove and oven, as well as rooms with full wheelchair facilities.

For sports enthusiasts, the New Perth Stadium is just a brisk ten-minute walk away from Bailey's Motel. Alternatively, the free Cat bus service conveniently drops you off right at the pedestrian Walk Bridge in just a few minutes.

Parking is available on-site at ground level for our guests, and unlike many other places in Perth, we do not charge our clients for parking. However, please note that during high occupancy levels, secure onsite car bays may not always be available to some motel guests.

If you wish to explore Perth, the free cat bus service is a convenient option. It can take you anywhere you want to go around Perth, any day of the week. There are two cat bus stops located just 50 meters from Bailey's Motel.

To cater to our guests' needs, we have a guest laundry on-site, equipped with credit card operated washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron.

Across the road from us, you will find the City of Perth's $20 million Wellington Park upgrade. This stunning development includes playgrounds, basketball courts, BBQ areas, sports grounds, water features, and much more. Here are some important details to note: check-in time is at 2:00 pm, and check-out time is at 10:00 am. Late check-out between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm is subject to availability and will incur a charge of $75 for a standard room and $90 for an interconnecting room. Any checkout after 1:00 pm will be charged the full tariff. Extra fold-out beds are available at a rate of $30 per night, and infant cots can be provided for $14 per night or $65 per week.

Please be aware that all tariffs are in Australian Dollars and may fluctuate due to special events in Perth and/or high room demand. Our Payment/Cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice prior to the date of your arrival. The total amount will be taken off the credit card provided and is non-refundable. All bookings must be made with a valid credit card. Cash or debit card bookings will require a $300 bond, which is refundable upon departure. Cancellations made without 72 hours notice will incur the full cost of the booking cancellation fee.

Lastly, please note that a 3.5% surcharge will be applied by your bank for any payments made using an AMEX card. Additionally, we have a strict policy against anti-social behavior. Anyone found guilty will face a $300 fine and involvement of the police.
