I had long standing issues with the fuel system that TOYOTA dealership in Bunbury totally misdiagnosed and wanted to charge $4000, to what would amount to not fixing it and further cost. Decided to take it up to Perth to the Mucsa team from past dealings and trust with them. Diagnosis and repair spot on, and a third of the cost. So chilled and so professional! "I brought my ute in to get my to get my aircon regassed, replace a dodgy battery terminal and to fix a rapidly clicking indicator light. The guys were nice fellas but the workmanship left a bit to be desired. When I got the car back the indicator light was still flicking rapidly and the aircon was still blowing hot air. The guys took the car back in to sort out the remaining issues. They diagnosed the compressor wasn't working, but while it was in the shop it started working, so ok no worries that's it. When I took it home, it didn't take long to notice that the compressor only worked for a short time before giving in each drive, so I'm still stuck with a hot car with no aircon. As further disappointment, I discovered the battery terminal was not replaced as originally requested, it was just covered up with the battery terminal cover and fastened with a zip tie. And not only that the rapidly flicking light is still not fixed, they said they would replace the whole light unit but for some reason they didn't. I like the dudes there, and it's a convenient location to where I live but I can't recommend them given my experience with them, not getting any of my issues sorted after 2 visits. I'm happy to adjust or take down my review if things get sorted after a third visit but I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle and quality of workmanship. The price is good value but it doesn't really matter what the price is if the work isn't done properly. Happy to give a right of reply and opportunity to sort this one out, but as it stands they aren't up to scratch."

"They know what they are doing. Very reliable. Took my car for the first time as having some issue with it as previous mechanics couldn't identify the issue. They are on to point and found the problem straight away And ordered the part as its not available at that time. Fixed the issue when the part comes and now my car drives smooth with out having any issues. Highly recommend."
