"For a start this is a beautiful building in a lovely street in Perth. Inside is a cool and unique bar with plenty of space in different areas. Its rustic but quality and feels like you're now somewhere else. The beer menu is great and, along with the softies we had, it was very fairly priced, with middies costing virtually only half the pint price, something you don't see much now, so we tried lots! The food was amazing, we had brisket, brisket bites in sauce, ribs, maple potatoes and loaded fries - oh boy was it good - juicy, tender, delicious! We had plenty left over and they even had free cardboard containers and paper bags so you could easily take it home for supper. The staff were also cool and friendly so we felt well looked after. All in all, a great new place to enjoy regularly..."
"Very yummy food and drinks. Loved that I can order off my phone which means I can look at the photos of all the food before ordering. The meat was cooked to perfection as well as the sides. Loved the maple bacon potatoes and how much maple they had. The food can be a bit pricey but depends on what you order"
"The food here is amazing. The restaurant serves quality meat that is cooked to perfection. Every bite of the meat is tender and juicy. Also, the portion is big for an Asian like me. One portion of the fries alone is enough for three persons. Definitely worth the price and I will come again!"
"Pub Grub dinner & a stroll around the King's Street neighbourhood. The beef and lamb was pretty good. We also added some coleslaw wings and potato salad."
"What attracted me at first was the opportunity to have a shot of the 15yo PappyVanWinkle Bourbon. We left with an extremely full belly of delicious meats and sides, a few other bourbon brands and cocktails but in the end were too full to indulge in the $110 a shot prized bourbon. We will return with that excuse tho. Bbq platter of Brisket, burnt ends, pork belly and the amazing house maple bacon. Sides were spicy fried mac n cheese squares, jalepeno poppers, cornbread and maple garlic potatoes. No complaints about the food and the service. Area we were in was a little squished n chilly and lacked the vibe of the main bar area. All in all, we can't wait to return and try more glorious meats and sides and of course those special bourbons."
