"I’ve had good experiences previously with John’s but today and yesterday’s service left me very frustrated. - Advised me to buy the wrong product for lead paint removal (Peel away 1, I needed Peel Away 8) - Didn’t tell me the most important information when selling me the product- the one they gave me is more hazardous (caustic) - Didn’t sell the neutraliser with it - Had to go back to swap it, they tried to tell me I had the right thing - Kindly waived the $2.80 difference when finally agreed to swap the product - But then had the audacity to tell me they were ‘waiving the restocking fee,’ implying it was my fault?! Would have been a much better experience with a simple apology. Instead they acted like they were doing me a favour after giving me misinformation, selling me a more dangerous product and wasting my time."
