We offer free and confidential psychological counselling support to all currently enrolled ECU students residing in Australia. Our experienced psychologists provide emotional support and help students understand and overcome personal or mental health issues that may impact their studies. In some cases, specialized support or treatment from other agencies may be required, and we will work with students to facilitate appropriate referrals.

We also provide a phone support service that operates outside of regular business hours, ensuring students have access to mental health and well-being support at any time. This service aims to provide immediate relief from emotional distress, manage immediate threats to life or safety, and guide students towards longer-term solutions.

To book an appointment, simply have a pen and your student number ready as our receptionist will ask for your details. You will receive an email confirmation the day before your appointment, sent to your ECU Student email address. If you are unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
