I was very well looked after by the Manager who spent a lot of time making sure she would have a ring she could remember for her lifetime. "Consumer beware! 4 times we had to visit due to stones falling out of the Pendant Necklace I purchased for my daughters birthday. Changed design 3x & even went up in price & again stones falling out. Each visit was apx 2wks apart & long wait at counter to be served. We have settled on something with no stones as we were not able to get a refund, only exchange. Mediocre apology on the 4th visit as by now u can imagine I was over all the niceties!! Also today they r celebrating Prouds Birthday with special prices but unfortunately not on the item we purchased!!"

"$120 fresh water pearls fell off after 2/3 weeks. They agreed the earrings were there’s but wouldn’t exchange or refund without the receipt. No wonder their overall reviews are only 1 star."

"Saw something I liked several days ago. 5 days later decided to go back. In I go. 1 customer, 2 staff. I waited while I looked at the object that I was interested in. Got a hello from the staff member but she continued doing what she was. I waited again and finally someone entered the shop. Guess she was more important than me. Staff member helped with her inquiry then halfway through talking to her she came to help me. Are you right? Oh my. She assisted with my enquiry to some extent. I enquired if they can make some changes to the item. I'll check. No we can't do. But if you buy it then take it to another place in the centre they may be able to help. Haven't got time for this type of service."
