"Dr Zillie Shazad, Dr Cruz and Dr Heng are the best doctors I've ever been to see. You don't feel rushed, you feel listened too and they are very thorough while assisting you. I feel comfortable with them and would 100% recommend them to anyone. The reception staff are also helpful and nice."

"Very disappointed with the service provided by one of the doctors and one of the receptionists. Referrals were not made to the specialist correctly and the medical centre didn't even bother to let me know when the referral was rejected by the hospital. All this while, I was thinking my 3 yr old son was on the waitlist. Very irresponsible staff."

Why don't they hire someone that has people skills and empathy? Also, not knowledgeable at all. When someone has broken their arm, you would assume she can book an urgent care appointment and not 3 days later?!"

"Don’t go here! Unprofessional and impolite doctors and receptionist! Hi there, I went today to see Dr. GERARD D’CRUZ. Unfortunately, his behaviour was not good with me. I would like to make a complaint regarding the care that I received from Dr. Gerard. On 9th of May 2023 at 2 something pm. I have asked Dr. Gerard to give me a paper for the pathology. He was talking to me in a rude way and I misunderstood his talk about if I decided to do my blood test in your clinic or another pathology clinic will I receive the results of it or you will receive it? He was explaining to me about your clinic system and told me that in an abuse way open your ears to hear probably!! And I told him doctor you should not say that to me! This is not a good behaviour to say that and he took the pathology paper from me and cut it, and he told me to leave the room in a bad way!! This is not a good way to talk to a patient like that! As I am not feeling well and I want to do a blood test asap to get my results. But, the doctor was not helpful at all and was impolite. I am unhappy and depressed from his behaviour!"

"I went for a smear test today. The female doctor was arrogant and unprofessional. . There was no private screen in the doctors room to get undressed, the examination table resembled a kitchen table with a soft mattress and pillow!! The female doctor had no bed side manner, just got told to raise knees. No sheet or cover!! After examination no tissue to remove any K Y jelly. After examination I wanted to chat about menapause symptoms only for the doctors reply, you'll have to make another appointment for that. As a new practice this is very disappointing. I would not recommend this female doctor."
