"I went to do my tax return with so much hope and expectation but unfortunately everything made it worse with costing $100. The tax agent (she) does not even know what was doing, as an international student, they don’t have to pay for medical expenses and can claim two work expenses. She put wrong information in ATO (different country, didn’t even check passport) and come up with dept $2300 without any reason. Very disappointed and unhappy with their service. Never again or never recommend anyone!!"
